Dear CSEA Members,
As you know, for the last year our union has been traumatized by a series of layoffs that has drilled our spirits and emotions and put us in a sad and somber mood.
However, togetherness is essential in maintaining a strong effective union. Diversity is our greatest strength and represents the best of hope and assurance for a better and brighter future. We must never loose hope in our faith and confidence and always maintain a positive vision that things will get better.
